Combine
4 tablespoons honey or maple syrup or agave
3 tablespoons extra-virgin olive oil
2 tablespoons Dijon mustard
2 teaspoons apple cider vinegar
2 tablespoons finely chopped fresh dill or 2 teaspoons dried dill
⅛ teaspoon salt
in a bowl and whisk until smooth. Good in fridge for three weeks.
